Who we are
The website at continuusrise.com is operated by ALLCAMPUS UK LIMITED, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 11659728), with its registered office at Unit 7 Landmere Lane, Edwalton, Nottingham, England, NG12 4DG. We are the controller of the personal data described in this notice.

What this notice covers
This notice covers the website continuusrise.com, and requests to www.continuusrise.com and continuusrise.app, which redirect to it. The Continuus Rise app is not covered here. Its privacy information will be added to this page as a separate part when the app is released.
When you visit the website
The website is a set of static pages. It has no user accounts, sign-up or contact forms, newsletter, comments or purchases, so we don't ask you to give us any information. Its fonts and images are served from our own site, so loading a page doesn't contact other companies such as font or analytics services.
The site is hosted by Cloudflare. When your browser requests a page, Cloudflare receives the technical information that any web request contains, and uses it to deliver the page and protect the site:
- your IP address, and the approximate location (such as the country) that can be derived from it
- the page or file requested, and the date and time of the request
- information your browser sends with the request, such as its type and version, operating system and preferred language
- the address of the page that linked you here, if your browser sends it
- technical details of the secure connection
This information is used to serve the website, to keep it available, and to detect and block abuse such as automated attacks. We rely on our legitimate interest in running a secure, working website.
We do not use this information to build profiles, and we don't add analytics, advertising or tracking code to the website. Our pages are served with an instruction (Cache-Control: no-transform) that tells Cloudflare not to modify them. Cloudflare documents that this prevents it from adding its Web Analytics script and from rewriting email addresses on the page.
Our Cloudflare account shows us aggregated statistics, such as the number of requests and the countries they come from. We do not keep our own record of individual visits.
Cookies and similar technologies
The website does not set cookies and does not use your browser's local storage.
Cloudflare's security features can set their own cookies when they check whether a request comes from an automated tool, for example __cf_bm (used by Cloudflare's bot protection, expires after 30 minutes of inactivity) or cf_clearance (set after a visitor passes a security check). They are used only to protect the website, not to track you. Cloudflare describes its cookies as strictly necessary. For details, see Cloudflare's cookie information.
When you email us
If you email hello@continuusrise.com, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, the content of your message and anything you attach. We use this only to reply and to deal with your request, relying on our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, or on a legal obligation when you exercise your data protection rights.
Our email is provided by Proton AG, based in Switzerland, which processes it on our behalf under Proton's Data Processing Agreement.
Who we share information with
- Cloudflare, Inc. hosts and protects the website and processes request information on our behalf, under Cloudflare's Data Processing Addendum, which forms part of our agreement with Cloudflare.
- Proton AG provides our email service.
We do not sell personal data or share it for advertising. We may disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights and the security of the website.
International transfers
Cloudflare operates a global network, so a request may be handled in a data centre outside the UK. Proton is based in Switzerland. For transfers to the United States, Cloudflare relies on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and its UK Extension. For other transfers, and for US transfers if the UK Extension can no longer be used, Cloudflare's Data Processing Addendum applies standard contractual clauses with the UK Addendum. The UK recognises Switzerland as providing an adequate level of data protection.
How long information is kept
- Request information: Cloudflare keeps it only as long as it needs to for the purposes set out in its privacy policy, or to meet legal obligations. Cloudflare does not publish a fixed period. We have no access to individual request records.
- Emails to us: we keep your email and our replies only while we need them for the reason you wrote to us. We keep a message while at least one of these applies:
- your enquiry or request is not yet resolved
- we have said we will get back to you, or a reply on the same matter is still expected
- a complaint, dispute or legal claim connected to it is open or reasonably likely
- a law requires us to keep it
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to:
- ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- ask us to correct data that is wrong or incomplete
- ask us to delete your data
- ask us to restrict how we use your data
- object to our use of your data where we rely on legitimate interests
To make a request, email hello@continuusrise.com. We will respond within one month. If a request is complex, or you send us several, we may extend this by up to two further months where that is justified; if so, we will tell you within the first month and explain why. We may need to ask for information to confirm who you are. Because we don't keep a record of individual visits, we may not be able to find information linked to a particular visit. If so, we'll tell you.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or by calling 0303 123 1113. We would appreciate the chance to help first.
Children
The website is a general product presentation and does not collect information from anyone, including children, beyond the technical request information described above.
Changes to this notice
If the website changes, for example if we add a sign-up form, we will update this notice before the change takes effect. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
